BAND BANQUET BUSINESS SHOWCASE - 4 Packages Available
Each year in May, band and guard members are celebrated with our end-of-the-year Band Banquet at The Woodlands Marriott Waterway. This formal event typically includes over 250 parents and 250 band members who receive awards and recognition for their hard work throughout the year. Seniors are also showcased and awarded followed by a dance. The event lasts approximately 3-4 hours with an hour photo and mingle at the beginning.
1. Booth area in the lobby (tables with black cloth will be provided, sponsor can bring in pop-up displays, giveaways, raffles, prize giveaways, etc.). Space also available for product display near table.
2. Logo/messages rotating on 2 large screens until the video starts.
3. Band director recognition and thanks sponsors at the beginning or the end of the night.
4. Option for Literature or giveaway at each place setting or on the chairs.
5. Option for gift bags to be distributed to adults at check-in.
6. Logo on paper glass covers (instead of Marriott’s)
7. Option to provide Silent Auction items on tables inside the room.
8. Logo and message on printed program.
9. “Sponsored by __ ___ “ on email communication and announcements to purchase tickets going out to parents.
