Here you will find all the information you will need, and all forms you will need to fill out, in order to begin the new band season. Please begin by listening to this important message from Ms. Perez, TWHS' Head Band Director

Start by logging in to Charms, the Band administrative and tracking software system, to add/complete your student and parent and information. In order to log into Charms you will need to know your Student's 6 digit TWHS/CISD Student ID. Watch the short video below if you are unfamiliar with Charms.

Next, fill out the TWHS Marching Band/Guard Membership Financial Agreement by clicking on this link. This form is the core agreement between your Band Student and the TWHS Band program as well as the acknowledgement of the financial commitment required to take part in the Band program.

Finally, step through each of the sections below, beginning with FORMS and ending with SUMMARY, watch the videos, read the information, and complete all the forms you encounter.
IMPORTANT NOTE: With the exception of the Volunteer forms, ALL the forms you will encounter in these sections are mandatory and your band student will not be allowed to participate until all the forms are complete. |
