2019-2020 Band Payments
Payments for Band/Guard Fees can currently be made either through TWHS Band's Charms system, through a Cognito Form, through Venmo, through Zelle, through Google Pay, or via Check.
Charms
Charms is a cloud-based music program management system used the CISD. Charms has an A+ rating from the BBB and includes an online storefront powered by PayPal.

To make a payment to the Band/Guard using Charms you first log in to your student's account in Charms, select the Online Store, click Choose next to the item you wish to pay for, confirm the item and click Update Cart to be taken to your cart. From your cart, click Checkout and complete the payment. When making a payment it is NOT necessary to add any additional information as it is with Venmo, Zelle, GooglePay or Checks.
Cognito
Cognito Forms is an online form processing system which TWHS Band/Guard uses to collect information and payments. Cognito offers secure online payments via PayPal and Square.
To make a payment to the the Band/Guard using a Cognito form, follow the link that is sent to you in email, on a web page you are directed to, or through Remind 101, and fill out the form which will require your credit card information. Like Charms, when making a payment it is NOT necessary to add any additional information as it is with Venmo, Zelle, GooglePay or Checks.
Venmo
Venmo is a mobile payment service owned by PayPal. It allows users to transfer money to one another (within the U.S. only) using a mobile phone app. It handled $12 billion in transactions in the first quarter of 2018.
To make a payment to the the Band/Guard using the Venmo mobile app address your payment to @Woodlands-BoosterClub. When making a payment please include your student's Charms ID, your student's Name, and the purpose of the payment (i.e. Band Fees, 2nd Payment, or Guard Costume Fee).

Google Pay (formerly Pay with Google and Android Pay) is a digital wallet platform and online payment system developed by Google to power in-app and tap-to-pay purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets or watches.
To make a payment to the the Band/Guard using the Google Pay mobile app address your payment to pay@twhsband.org. When making a payment please include your student's Charms ID, your student's Name, and the purpose of the payment (i.e. Band Fees, 2nd Payment, or Guard Costume Fee).
Checks
Checks for Band Fee Payment #1 will be accepted ONLY on Monday and Tuesday, July 2nd & 3rd from 9am-1pm in the Band Hall.
To make a payment to the the Band/Guard with a check, make the check payable to TWHS Band Booster Club and place it in the drop-off box in the Band Hall during the specified dates and times. When making a payment please include your student's Charms ID, your student's Name, and the purpose of the payment (i.e. Band Fees, 2nd Payment, or Guard Costume Fee) on the memo line of the check or on an attached piece of paper.
