Spirit Committee

We, Scarlett Stokes andJodi Gilmore, are your new Spirit Co-Chairs for this sensational upcoming year.

We are putting a loud“shout-out” for interested people to join our Spirit committee.
As you know, it’s an IndyYear, and we are looking for lots of “spirit filled” people to help us.
We will meet as a group,several times in the fall, but we will also need individuals for single tasksas well.   Some exciting things we will be puttingtogether may include, goodie bags, Pom-poms, luggage tags, just to name a few.

Our first productive entertainingevenings are scheduled for August16th & 17th.
We will meet around 4:30pm(after you drop off your band kid for practice) and begin making the“homecoming surprise”, the pom-poms and other “goodies”. So bring your hot gluegun and join us for the fun.

Our second exciting event is the Exhibition Dinner on August 19th.
We need your help with the following:
Homemadedessert items
Volunteersto help serve the dinner
And of course, volunteers to help with the clean-up

We know that everyone is busy; we welcome youto join us for all the events or just come for an hour or two. Everyone is invited,the more the merrier and the quicker we get finished.
