Bring with you: (Label, Label, Label Everything!!!!!!)

Tote Bag

Garment Bag

Assigned marching band hat (hat in hat box fit well in large tote bag)***

Marching shoes (label with silver sharpie on tongue of shoe or on bottom arch of sole)

Black spandex shorts (worn under marching band bibs/pants)

Black socks (over the ankle)

2 pair of gloves (recommend purchasing extra pairs to keep at home)

Uniform t-shirts

Black hand towel to sit on at games (uniforms can snag on metal bleachers)

Water bottle/jug

Sunscreen

Hair elastics/bobby pins (hair MUST BE SECURED UNDER HAT FOR EVERYONE)

***Special Notes on Marching Band Hats

1. Students are responsible for keeping track of assigned hat in order to be able to march

at games/contests.

2. Assigned marching band hats may be taken home or placed in band lockers between

events.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE HATS/BOXES ON FLOOR OF BAND HALL

Pick up from Uniform Room

The items below will be picked up prior to loading buses for games/contests and should be placed in garment bags immediately upon receipt:

1. ASSIGNED jacket with decorative plaque

2. ASSIGNED bibs/pants

3. ASSIGNED gauntlets

ALL 3 ASSIGNED ITEMS ABOVE MUST BE RETURNED TO UNIFORM ROOM AFTER EACH MARCHING EVENT!!

** Uniform repairs and washings may take place in between marching events

Recommended for bus ride:

Pajama pants or sweatpants

Sweatshirt or clean T-shirt

A change of shoes or socks

Cell phone

Small pillow or blanket for long rides

Snacks
