Viewing Pictures

Click on the year / album you want.

Click on the sub album / event you want to view.

Here you have 3 ways to view pictures.

1. Scroll through the page and view the thumbnails

2. Click the slideshow icon at the top left (looks like a little tv on a stand)

3. Click an individual picture and navigate forward and backwards using the navigation icons.

What ever is easier for you!!

 

Registering

In order to add pictures you need to register for an account. That protects our site from spammers adding weird photos.

Once you register an approval email is sent over to me. Please allow time for me to activate your account. I check my email daily so if you are not approved within 2 days, please send me an email!

Once you receive an email saying your account is active you will then be able to add photos.

 

Adding Pictures

Click on the Album Year your pictures belong in.

Then click on the album / event you want to add your pictures to

In the upper right hand corner click on menu or you can click on the icon in the left that looks like this |->

Select "Add Items" from album actions (the drop down box)

Then choose what is your best method to upload photos.

- Web Browser - Great if you only have a few pictures to upload
- Link - You can upload pictures from a website link.
- Window Publishing Wizard - If you organize your photos using windows photo gallery, this is the way to go.
- Gallery Remote - This is an application you install on your computer to easily upload to the website. If you upload often, you might consider this
- Upload Applet - if you have a lot of photos, use this!! Makes it so much easier.

Creating an Album

If an album has not been created. Click on Gallery in the left hand corner, then click on 2010 or 2009 (THIS IS IMPORTANT!) and then click menu in the upper right. (or the icon in the left that looks like |-> )

Seclect "Add Album"

Please make sure you are in the right section to add an album. You will not be able to delete.

 

Name - This would be all one word. Example: game2vshightower

Title - The title that is shown under the photo album. Example: Game 3 vs Hightower Home

Summary - Please put the date of the event in Full Month Day, and Full Year. Example: August 20, 2010

Then click create and add your photos!

 

If you accidently add a photo or album that needs to be deleted, please send me an email. I turned off the delete feature to avoid photos accidently being deleted.
