FEED THE BAND is a convenient way to ensure that your band or color guard student has dinner before Friday night Football Games. The Feed the Band chair provides this service to all band/color guard students (chaperones and pit crew) through the use of a pre-game meal order form. This form will be available soon on the band website at TWHSBAND.ORG and will also be available inside the band hall. This year, meals can be pre-ordered from Chick-fil-A OR Which Wich Superior Sandwiches. Purchasing meals is entirely optional. Meals will NOT include drinks. Drinks will be sold at meal time for $1.00/can How does it work? Complete an order form and pay for your food on Wednesday before 6pm. There is a large, dark camo green box in the band hall to deposit an envelope containing your completed order form and cash payment. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS. CASH ONLY. Meals will be distributed between 3-4pm on the day of the game in the breezeway. The Feed The Band chair is in need of several parents who are able to help with distribution. If you are one of them, please email feedtheband@twhsband.org with your name and phone number – someone WILL follow up with you. Throughout marching season, there are other opportunities where the Feed the Band Chair is involved in providing band students with breakfasts, pizza at competitions, drinks/water and snacks. This is where parent involvement will also be critical, not necessarily in being at games or competitions but by way of donations.
